Glenhurst Avenue ADU
About this project
When we first visited this Glenhurst Avenue property, the rear structure was boarded up and falling apart — cracked stucco, a failing roof, and a yard that had been left to overgrow. In fact, the whole property was in such bad condition that it had been condemned by the city.
LADU designed, permitted, and built a complete transformation: a 2-bedroom ADU with an open-plan living space, a full kitchen with marble countertops, and a landscaped yard with flagstone paths and a private patio.
The finished unit is bright, fully permitted, and ready for family or rental income.
